But fortunately, it’s actually pretty easy to make these levels look normal in spite of diluting. You can get your specific gravity (electrolytes) up by supplementing with sodium (Gatorade is the standard choice), and to get your creatinine levels up you just have to take a creatine supplement, which you can buy in almost any health food store.
