Dee, I have a drug test sometime tomorrow morning, or at least I should. I just smoked this morning around 7, and I smoked Wednesday, Tuesday, Monday, and the weekend. I weigh 110 and I am 5′5″, and I have a fast metabolism. What do I do? Drink a lot of water prior to the test? I know I also don’t want the urine to be clear, but I am incapable of getting b-2 vitamins or anything outside of my house at the moment. I heard red meat changes the color back as well, but, I can’t eat red meat. Any help?

if I smoke once or twice a week and I’m 100 pounds and I drink a lot of water normally (myy urine is almost clear all the time) what’s an estimate of how long until my system is clean?

i was smokin constantly then i quit for a month and got tested.i stayed clean but about a week ago i smoked only one bowl and i found out i have a test coming up in a day or two. do you think i will be clean? p.s. i cant dilute becouse it will be a lab test.

I’ve never been patted down and have taken numerous piss test..You could dilute it depending on the kind of test you have to take ie if its going to a lab, dont bother because the first thing they do is check the specific gravity of the urine. Diluting a sample will throw this off and they will reject the sample. No matter what test you take, if you can get away with it, (not being watched) go with your buddies piss everytime.
