I have covered and read almost 80% ( Everything I felt that held any pertinence to my particular situation ) of this website and Dee; THANK YOU. This site has been a plethora of information and you probably saved me a ton of cash. Now, I’m about to be really cheap and ask for a couple of tips as opposed to buying your book because I have NO money. ( I am SO broke that I borrowed money from my roommate to buy the supplements for my own detox brew. ) The tips I’m looking for are really regarding the quantity of the supplements I have purchased. That is probably what your book covers so if you can’t help me out, I completely understand. BUT if any of you, my fellow smokers, have any ideas or tips, it would be greatly appreciated.
So to give you an idea with what I’m working with, my urine test is TOMORROW, I’m a moderate smoker… about 2 times a day about 4 – 5 days a week, sporadically. I normally smoke out of bowls, bubblers, and once in a while a nice bong rip. I always smoke with at least 1 other person so I’m not taking all of it. The last time I smoked was the 18th of this month at about 1 in the afternoon. I’m 5’11″, about 235lbs. and I’m not very active, ( I do a fair amount of walking, but that’s about it ) so there’s a good amount of pudginess there. I recently bought some 700mg rapid release creatine capsules, 100mg B-2 tablets, and after B.S.ing with the guy at the vitamin store, he gave me a couple of Vitamin C tablets as well as some B-12 tablets. I have no idea how much both of those tablets weigh. I also have 2QTs of Gatorade. WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS: HOW MUCH of each of those should I take (or if I even need all of them) and HOW SOON before the test should I take the supplements? I have not been able to purchase my own drug testing kit or strips due to lack of cash and lack of time. However, I know for a FACT that without dilution and the supplements, I am sure to fail. This is the first drug test I am taking that I have not naturally detoxed myself, so I’m a little paranoid. So ANY help, again, would be greatly appreciated. helpful info; however, if you’re really nervous about passing a piss test for weed, synthetic urine is the way to go for unobserved tests. worked for me….

HELP! I smoke everyday. Usually a max of 2-3 normal sized bowls everyday (for the past 6 months solid). I may need to take a drug test within the next week or two. I had a saliva test today that I totally knew was coming. I am a heavy marijuana smoker…smoke as soon as I get up, throughout the day, and right before sleep.
Marijuana is only detected in saliva for 24 hours after the last use. Trust me. I spent hours and hours reading through forums about how to pass it. I literally smoked till about 5pm on Monday and took the saliva test today (Tuesday) around 3:00pm and PASSED! No joke. All I did was stop for those hours and then right before I went in I ate like half a box of altoids and I passed. If I passed it that way then any smoker can. I smoke all day everyday… Quit for that amount of time + some altoids and boom. Clean.
This was a saliva test where you place a sponge on the end of a stick in your mouth for a few minutes and then they squeeze the sample out of the sponge and test it.
Stop researching and wasting time. If you’re only trying to pass for marijuana you’ll be fine doing what I said above. Dont waste your money on any mouth washing detox drink. GET ALTOIDS and stop smoking for at least 12 hours.

Highly unlikely… just changes the acid content of your urine..
Drink lots of water and hope to dilute it is your best bet… some Vitamin B and Creatine will keep the alarms from going off… but lots of liquid.. and if you can.. abstain from smoking for about two weeks..

so, i smoked last saturday and am joining the military. ive smoke three times in this whole month (four weeks), and when i did, it wasn’t much. i have no clue what kind of analysis they do on your piss test, but i know they are looking for THC. it will have been 9 days since ive smoked and i have to pass. i refuse to give into marketing ploys, so this is my only option. should i be safe?

No, know your schedule and wait 48 hours and eat and drink before your test especially if they tell you not to.

I just wanted to say that I have done this every time I have a drug test coming up and I am a heavy user (passed a test in three days for a federal job). But, my big question is, why can’t I get my urine to be a “normal” (even though if we were all healthy all our urine would be mostly clear) yellow color. Am I just not taking enough of the vitamin B?
I take a vitamin B complex…. it has B1, B2 (niacin) B3, B6 and B12… approx 7000% of the Vitamin B youre suppose to have in your daily diet.. it turns it bright yellow if youre not drinking alot of liquids.. if you drink a lot of liquids it turns it regular looking..
basically you need a lot of water some vitamin B and creatine which will turn to creatinine once it’s gone through your system.. creatine u can get at walmart for $10-18 bodybuilders use it to absorb protein into their muscles.

as far as saliva tests, the part that goes in your mouth, has little ridges that is used to scrape the inner tissue of the cheek. i realized this when i had a drug test, and had my friends urine, only to find out that it was a swab test. i told them i had to use the bathroom, so i flushed the urine, and decided to wash my mouth out with the antibacterial hand soap. believe it or not, it worked like a charm. Though, i didn’t scrape my cheek either. i just held the swab in my mouth with alot of saliva.
